nsiders and investors at RealD Inc. raised more money in the company's recent initial public offering than the company did. The company sold 6 million shares at $16 a share, and selling stockholders sold almost 8.4 million shares.

Chairman and Chief Executive Michael Lewis and President Joshua Greer sold 15% of their holdings in RealD, or almost 1.15 million shares each, for net proceeds of $17.1 million each, according to data from Washington Service.
